Week One About Me

My name is Roxann I am 42 years old with 2 boys (21 and 12). I would consider myself active. I workout everyday I play golf, boat and spend alot of time out doors. Problem is I am FAT!!! Yes I mean Fat... I am only 5'2" and 180lbs. Can not believe I put that in writing....Friday will be one week doing P90X. I get up at 4am do the DVD's get really for work. The at lunch I run 2 miles. Every other day I get home and do the Ab Rip DVD... My only issue is FOOD. I love it. I have searched the web for blogs of heavier women that have or are doing P90X can not find any. So I am asking for help on the nutrition side of this program. I want to follow the nutition but on a budget. Any suggestions????
