So up at 4am today did chest & back. How the time was flying. Felt really good after. Showered headed to working drinking my Muscle Milk. have to say the stuff is not that bad. Got to work and realized I left my cereal and milk sitting on the counter. So at lunch went to the gym and ran 2 miles. Started to get a little tired. Ate tuna and a half of an enlish muffin for lunch, Got home after work and did the Ap RipperX. Over all feel realy good today. I still need to take measurements and pics....
