10/13/10 Shoulder and Arms Ab Ripper X

I love AbRipper!!! I know I have a 6 pack in there somewhere, but my koozie is protecting it. LOL!! In the past I loved working out back but I think my ne fav is shoulder and biceps. Who can resist some sexy shoulder in a bathing suit... As of this afternoon I am down about 1.5 lbs. I only think that is because my eating schedule was off today.

10/12/10 Plyo

Plyo not liking it. I am not much of a jumper so I have a really hard time with this one. The time seemed to last forever. Hoping it will get easier. Only part I was happy with is I do at least 10,000 steps a day so this was a good 2500 steps to start the day with. I will do my 2 miles at lunch and the evening is free. Yeah..... Got on the scale this morning no change.

10/11/10 Chest & Back

So up at 4am today did chest & back. How the time was flying. Felt really good after. Showered headed to working drinking my Muscle Milk. have to say the stuff is not that bad. Got to work and realized I left my cereal and milk sitting on the counter. So at lunch went to the gym and ran 2 miles. Started to get a little tired. Ate tuna and a half of an enlish muffin for lunch, Got home after work and did the Ap RipperX. Over all feel realy good today. I still need to take measurements and pics....

Week One About Me

My name is Roxann I am 42 years old with 2 boys (21 and 12). I would consider myself active. I workout everyday I play golf, boat and spend alot of time out doors. Problem is I am FAT!!! Yes I mean Fat... I am only 5'2" and 180lbs. Can not believe I put that in writing....Friday will be one week doing P90X. I get up at 4am do the DVD's get really for work. The at lunch I run 2 miles. Every other day I get home and do the Ab Rip DVD... My only issue is FOOD. I love it. I have searched the web for blogs of heavier women that have or are doing P90X can not find any. So I am asking for help on the nutrition side of this program. I want to follow the nutition but on a budget. Any suggestions????
